Shipping Policy

International

Buyers outside of US are responsible for any duty and/or tax for importing the product. 

Domestic USA

  • Order Fulfillment Time - Orders are shipped the next business day (Monday-Friday), and sometimes the same business day if my work schedule (my day job that actually pays the bill) allows. 
  • Shipping Rates - The discounted rate offered through Shopify is directly passed onto you. Rates are automatically calculated based on your address and the service you selected.
  • Estimated Delivery Time - All carriers offer the estimated delivery time, and that is "estimated", not "guaranteed", as no carrier guarantees the delivery time. The number of days are in business days, not calendar days. 
  • Package Delivery Delays - Once packages are in the procession of the carriers, we are at their mercy. There could be weather delays, system routing error, etc. There's absolutely nothing we can do to speed it up. 
  • Lost Packages - USPS policy is that a claim can only be filed after 15 days of them receiving the package. If you package hasn't arrived after 15 days, please contact me. 

 

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Product must be in new and unused condition. The best rule of thumb: would you be happy to receive the same condition of the product as brand new as a customer? 
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
